Why Dance?

Dancing as an activity for fun and entertainment has been with mankind since the dawn of life itself. It is the most natural way to express our inner emotions and connect with the the inner spiritual world.

The act itself is as healing as it is energizing, opening oneself up to allow built up energy and tension to be released in a cascade of movements which tie together to create a flow and grace which is as appealing to watch as it is to perform.

People dance for fun, for their health, for exercise, and simply to capture the magical feeling which accompanies the act. There are so many motivations and benefits awaiting those who partake that it is no wonder that it is in the top ten joys of life.
